Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your return must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Lost or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you suspect that your package got lost in the mail, please contact us.  We can work together with USPS using your tracking number to try and locate it. However, if your tracking information states that the package was delivered to your address, we cannot be held responsible for its whereabouts. 

We are not responsible for damages that occur while your order is in transit, or after your order is delivered. For orders over $100, we add insured shipping. If your item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, you can contact us & we will open a claim with the insurace provider. If the claim is accepted, we will be able to issue a refund or replace the item.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for items mailed to the wrong address.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Refunds
We will process your refund as soon as we have received and inspected the item.  If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  We cannot refund via any method other than the original form of payment.

Note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Should you wish to "cancel" a recently placed order, please let us know immediately, and we will happily stop your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
